What is your returns policy?
All sales from our online store are final. If on the rare event that your product arrives broken or damaged, see below for instructions on contacting us for a refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, you may not make changes to your order after checkout. All sales are final and your card will be charged upon completing your purchase at checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or broken product?
We quality test our products and inspect shipments carefully before they leave our warehouse. If your product was damaged during shipment please email us within 24 hours and provide detailed information about the nature of the damage. We will then instruct you to return the unopened product to us to receive a full refund. You must also return the package receipt so that we can locate your customer record and process your refund.
How long will delivery take?
